Due to the length of time i have been at my residence i thought selling my property was going to be quite daunting experience. However, once meeting Jonathan and his team i felt secure that i was in good hands. They managed to sell my property within a short amount of time which made the whole process even smoother.

I called Craig Barnes from Bruce Harry Real Estate on Friday night on the 14th August and ask him to put our property in Greenmeadow Rd on the market. Craig came out on Sunday afternoon on the 16th August and we signed a contract. Six days later he called me an offer from the buyer which was very good but my greedy husband refused. I had another call half an hour later from Craig with with a very good offer that we couldn't refuse. Craig sold our property in six days. We bought the house a year ago for $389k and sold it for $443k and we are suppose to be in a recession. We made a profit of 54k. Craig was a true professional and a very honest person. I asked Craig whether we should renovate the house to maximise our profit and Craig was honest enough to tell us not to do anything to the house...I will definately use Craig again in the future.

Only occasionlly does the opportunity to offer praise rather than brickbaits occur.
This is one such occasion. As you are aware, we recently sold or through your firm. This was substantially due to the efforts of your salesperson Jerri Harrison-Taylor.

Dear Jerri
Thank you for your Christmas wishes. Since selling my house at 10 Danina street Mansfield in late may i have had a very hectic time moving and helping my very ill mother. I did keep a note that i should write and thank you for all your assistance in selling my house.
In researching which Real Estate Agency i should use i was pleased to find that Bruce Harry Real Estate was a Jenman Approved agency. All the feedback that i had heard about this type of agency proved correct. I first spoke to Craig Barnes who explained the process and the terms and conditions for selling my property.
