The “SOLD” sign went up on my parent’s property in Mount Gravatt this afternoon and I could not allow the event to pass without providing with you some very glowing feedback for Christine Atcheler and your team.
As I said Christine on her initial meeting with my parents, the first question that any client asks themselves on engagement is; “Do I like this person?” The response to this question can clearly make or break future prospects. Christine’s approach to my parents was honest, open, empathic to their circumstances and considerate of their wishes at all times. Christine provided them with the reassurance that they had made the right decision in engaging Bruce Harry to sell their property but more importantly, Chris gave them confidence that they would be fully involved in the process every step of the way. After this meeting, my parents affirmed to me that they had in fact engaged the agency and more importantly, the agent that would deliver success for them and that they dealt very comfortable in dealing with Chris. An amazing achievement on Chris’s behalf following just one meeting.
Throughout the sales process, Chris never neglected to let Mum and Dad know where things were at, how the plan was tracking and who was involved. In understanding their situation, Chris made it her business to meet face to face with my parents to talk through issues and challenges so that they could take their time to ask questions, repeatedly is necessary.
Chris managed prospective buyers and the relationships between them and your other team members with the professionalism that Mum and Dad expected and at times Chris surpassed these expectations. The positive and professional relationship that Chris develops has Mum and Dad looking forward to visits and they truly felt enabled to discuss anything with respect to the sale with Chris.
Along the way, Chris worked carefully and respectfully through expectation management and the small disappointments that inevitable within the emotion charged sale of a home. As a direct result of the efforts made my Chris in this respect, Mum and Dad have repeated several times that they could not have made a better decision in agent choice.
During the process, we also had dealings with your team members Don and Ben, both of whom were extremely easy to work with, friendly, respectful, professional at all times and a pleasure to have in our home. They too helped in the confirmation that we had chosen the best agent for the sale of our home.
A special thanks to Christine and the Bruce Harry team for making what can be one of the most stressful life experiences a little less so for me and my parents. Thanks also to Christine and Don for achieving a final outcome that exceeded our expectations.
